Deadliest Catch Phil Harris Death

Real Sad news this morning: Phil Harris, captain of the fishing vessel Cornelia Marie on Deadliest Catch appears, has died in Alaska. He was 53. Harris suffered a stroke on Jan. 29, while the Cornelia Marie was in the port of St. Paul Island, Alaska. The ship's captain was taken to Anchorage for surgery. Dad has always been a fighter and remained until the end," sons Josh and Jake Harris said in a statement on the Cornelia Marie site. "For us and the crew, was someone who never backed down."
